Beetroot and Carrot Crackers
Ingredients:
2 cups of chopped organic carrots
½ cup of a chopped beetroot
¼ cup of ground flaxseeds
¼ cup of ground sunflower seeds
¼ cup of filtered water
3 tablespoons of sesame seeds
1 tablespoon of psylium husk
1 teaspoon of olive oil
¼ teaspoon of Celtic sea salt
Directions:
Set aside the sesame seeds. Blend remaining ingredients in food processor until smooth. Add sesame seeds and mix by hand. Lightly oil the Paraflex sheet and smooth batter onto the sheet and score. Dehydrate for about 3 hours. Then turn onto mesh tray and dehydrate for 4 hours or until crisp. Enjoy with your favorite spread!
