Kale Avocado Salad
1 Bunch of Organic Kale
1 medium Avocado, diced
2 tablespoons of Nama Shoyu
1/4 cup of Nutritional Yeast
1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/4 cup of Organic Extra Virgin Olive oil
4 garlic cloves pressed through a garlic press
Wash kale and chop in a food processor using the slicer blade and set aside. In a bowl, place the olive oil, pressed garlic, lemon juice, nutritional yeast and nama shoya. Hand mix into a paste. Massage the kale and diced avocado with your hands into the paste. That’s it! You can sit the bowl aside in the fridge for about 30 min to let the juices soak in further or eat it as is. Enjoy!
