Raw Pumpkin Chai Latte Using Essential Oils
2 cups of raw almond nut mylk
2-3 organic soft Medjool dates
A pinch of Celtic Sea Salt
¼ teaspoon of organic nutmeg
¼ teaspoon of organic pumpkin pie spice
1 drop of cinnamon bark essential oil
1 drop of clove essential oil
1 drop of cardamom essential oil
1 drop of ginger essential oil
Place everything in your Vitamix or high-speed blender including the oils. Run on high speed for 2-3 minutes for a warm latte. Serves 2
Tip: For more pumpkin flavor add more spice. For more sweetness add another date. If you do not have essential oils play with the spices until you get your desired result. You can
