Pumpkin Smoothie

A Simple Raw Pumpkin Smoothie

I love this time of year and with all of the advertisements of Pumpkin flavored this and that, I am so glad to have this Pumpkin Smoothie recipe so I don’t feel like I’m missing out! I hope you love this smoothie as much as I do!

1 cup of raw almond nut milk (or bought organic almond milk)

1/2 cup of raw pumpkin meat

2 frozen bananas

1/2 teaspoon of organic vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon of organic pumpkin spice

3-4 cubes of ice or more if desired

Directions:

Combine all ingredients into a Vitamix or high powered blender and blend until smooth.
